2. When these matters are taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the order has been duly complied with and therefore, these petitions may be closed.
3. Learned Government Advocate has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 22.08.2019 before this Court in proof of compliance of the orders of this Court dated 04.07.2013 and 20.08.2013.

4. In view of the above, these Contempt Petitions are closed. It is needless to state that if the petitioners are still aggrieved by the same, it is open to them to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised. No costs.
