ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking take action against the fourth and fifth respondents herein.

Heard, Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 3 and Mr.G.Venkatesan, learned counsel appearing for second respondent. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is inclined to pass orders on merit in this writ petition.

3. A perusal of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 04.01.2021 reveals that there is a dispute between the

petitioner and the respondents 4 & 5 herein in respect of the property comprised in No.9, Dumming Kuppam (Iruthayapuram), Chennai. Therefore, the dispute between the private parties cannot be considered by the respondents 1 to 3. That apart, the complaint lodged by the petitioner before the third respondent was enquired and closed. Hence, this writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
