PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned list of 3rd respondent in respect of beneficiaries of Distributing the Priceless Goats and Sheep (under Special Scheme) list of beneficiaries of the Pasumbalur Village Panchayat, Veppanthattai Panchayat Union, Perambalur District, to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner as beneficiary and distribute the priceless Goats and Sheeps (Under Special Scheme), to the petitioner.

ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned list of 3rd respondent in respect of beneficiaries of Distributing the Priceless Goats and Sheep (under Special Scheme) list of beneficiaries of the Pasumbalur Village Panchayat, Veppanthattai Panchayat Union, Perambalur District, to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner as
beneficiary and distribute the priceless Goats and Sheeps (Under Special Scheme), to the petitioner.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite his best efforts to contact the petitioner, he could not contact her. 3.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner herself is not available and she is no more. 4.Such view of the matter, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. This Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
