ORDER

This transfer petition has been filed seeking transfer of proceedings in I.D.O.P.No.3 of 2024 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Thiruvallur to the file of the Family Court at Chennai.

2. M/s.M.N.Sumathi appears on behalf of the respondent. She states Page No 1 of 3

that the husband has no objection for the proceedings to be transferred from Thiruvallur to Chennai.

3. In the light of the fact that no objection has been tendered by the learned counsel for the respondent, I am inclined to allow this transfer petition.

4. Hence, the proceedings in I.D.O.P.No.3 of 2024 which is now pending on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Thiruvallur is withdrawn and it shall stand transferred to the file of the Family Court at Chennai. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs.
