Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, a) to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in D1/RP.No. 42 of 1999 and set aside the order of the 2nd respondent passed in D1/RP.No.42/99 dated 22.07.1999 as illegal and arbitrary and quash the publication made under Section 18(1) of the Act dated 01.03.1995 as illegal; (b) Direct the 1st respondent to inspect the lands after issue of notice to the petitioner; c) Direct deletion of 90.15 Acres comprised in S.No.95/1B situated at Erasakkanayanur Village from the purview of the Act; d) Direct the 1st respondent to conduct denova enquiry.
