ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation submitted to the 1st Respondent on 29.10.2025 to issue a No Objection Certificate so as to settle the audit objections if any immediately, within a reasonable period as may be fixed by Court considering the fact that the Petitioner is due to retire on 30.06.2026.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2025 within a specified time.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same within a specified time.

5. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
