In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.102 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.865 of 2011 compounding the offence and acquitting the accused, this revision petition is allowed and the order passed by the lower appellate Court in Crl.A.No.256 of 2010 dated 18.05.2011 and the trial Court in C.C.No.642 of 2005 dated 30.11.2010 are hereby set aside and the accused is acquitted.
