Prayer in 19143 of 2013 :
Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for all the records culminating in the impugned proceedings in Proc. No.LA1(2)/12529/95 dated 13.10.2009 issued by the 4th respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to pay the petitioner's balance Bill due amounts as claimed in the Professional Legal Fee Bill in ROC.SB.FB.126/09(229/XII) dated 17.6.2009 as directed by the 1st respondent's communication dated 25.8.2009 and referred in the 2nd respondent's communication in D.O.Letter No.19406/SC1(1)/093 dated 9.10.2009 together with interest at the rate of 24% p.a. from 17.6.2009 till the date of making final payment and also together with Compensatory Cost as may determined by this Court for the delayed payment within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

No.LA2(4)/20619/06 dated 14.10.2009 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the petitioner's balance Bill due amounts as claimed in the Professional Legal Fee Bill in ROC.SB.FB.125/09(88/XIII) dated 17.6.2009 together with interest at the rate of 24% p.a. from 17.6.2009 till the date of making final payment and also together with Compensatory Cost as may determined by this Court for the delayed payment within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for all the records culminating in the impugned Order in Na.Ka. No.LAI(2)/12529/95 dated 23.07.2012 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the petitioner's balance Bill due amounts as claimed in the Bill in ROC.SB.FB.61/2011 dated 25.03.2011 together with interest at the rate of 24% p.a. From 25.03.2011 till the date of making final payment and also together with Compensatory Costs for the delayed payment as may determined by this Court within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.
