PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order of transfer passed by the 2nd respondent in proceedings N.K.No.11598/A4/2011 dated 18.09.2011 and consequential relieving order passed by the 3rd respondent in proceedings N.K.No.128/2/2011 dated 21.09.2011 which were served on the petitioner on 24.09.2011 and quash the same by enabling her to continue to work in Govt. Girls Hr.Sec. School, Paramathi, Namkkal District with a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to continue to pay the petitioner's monthly salary to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the impugned order of transfer passed by the 2nd respondent in proceedings N.K.No.11598/A4/2011 dated 18.09.2011 and consequential relieving order passed by the 3rd respondent in proceedings N.K.No.128/2/2011 dated

21.09.2011 which were served on the petitioner on 24.09.2011 and quash the same by enabling her to continue to work in Govt. Girls Hr.Sec. School, Paramathi, Namkkal District with a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to continue to pay the petitioner's monthly salary to the petitioner.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that nothing survives in this petition and endorsement was also made to that effect, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuos. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
