C.M.P.No.2824 of 2020 in C.M.A.Sr.No.14379 of 2020 C.M.P.No.2824 of 2020 in C.M.A.Sr.No.14379 of 2020 R.SUBBIAH, J and R.PONGIAPPAN, J [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J ] This Petition has been filed praying to permit petitioner/appellant to pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- as Court fee instead of Rs.34,375/- and exempt from payment of Rs.32,875/- as balance Court fee till the disposal of the appeal.
2. Petitioner filed M.C.O.P.No.7068 of 2016 on the file of MACT, II Court of Small Causes, Chennai, claiming compensation for the death of her son, who died in an accident, which took place on 22.05.2016. Tribunal, under order dated 11.01.2019, dismissed the claim petition. Aggrieved by the same, the present Appeal has been filed.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that she is unable the pay the Court fee payable for entertaining the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Petitioner also undertakes to pay the entire Court fee immediately after disposal of the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

4. Having regard to the above facts, petitioner is permitted to pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- as Court fee instead of Rs.34,375/-. However, it is made clear that as and when the Appeal is disposed of, petitioner has to pay the balance Court fee payable by her.
