Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 05.11.2022 and to pass an order of refund of the Land Development charges deducted at the rate of 45% in the award bearing R.C. No. 21899 -2 / 2011 / F2 (Arbit) dated 16.02.2021 along with payment of Solatium amount at the rate of 30% per annum as per Section 23 (2) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and an additional amount at 12% per annum as per Section 23 (1-A) of the said Act, 1894 from the date of notification under Section 34 (1) of National High ways Act 1956, to the date of realization of the compensation amount together with interest at the rate of 9% per annum for one year from the date of possession and thereafter at 15% per annum till the date of realization as per Section 28 of the said Act, 1894 and other benefits as per the provisions of Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

ORDER

Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
