PERUMAL [RESPONDENT] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant interim stay to the judgment and decree dated 12/01/2017 made in AS.No.11/2015 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri by reversing the judgment and decree dated 08/01/2015 made in OS.No.217/2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Krishnagiri, in (CMP No.6605 of 2017 IN SA.278/2017). Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KANNIAH, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above Civil Miscellaneous Petition with liberty to file a petition for adinterim injunction and an endorsement has also been made in the petition to that effect.

In view of the submission and endorsement made, the above Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for, is granted.
