ORDER
Challenging the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2025 in HMOP No.618 of 2024, the husband has preferred the above revision.
2. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the first respondent/wife is having substantial income and without considering the same, the trial Court has erroneously passed an order of maintenance to the first respondent also ordered to pay for educational and medical expenses of the child and therefore, the petitioner prays for setting aside the order passed by the trial Court.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the 1st respondent/wife is not employed anywhere and she is depending on her parents and also submits that the revision petitioner is working in Airport Authority of India and earning a salary of Rs.67,000/- and including perquisites he is receiving a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh only) per month and to that effect the learned counsel for the respondents has produced bank statement of the revision petitioner and therefore submits that the order passed by the trial court requires no interference and prays for dismissal of the revision.
4. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. As on date, the child is aged about 4 years and she is under the care and custody of the first respondent/mother and she has to look after the child. The revision petitioner has to pay maintenance till the completion of the proceedings.
6. In the light of the above, the order passed by the trial court does not warrant interference. Accordingly, the revision petitioner is directed to pay an amount of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) to the first petitioner and also to pay the educational expenses and medical expenses of the child as ordered by the trial Court. Further, the revision petitioner is directed to pay the arrears of maintenance within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 20.04.2026 sr Index:yes/no Website:yes/no Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order
