O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation, dated 02.01.2019 to the first respondent and the same has been pending before the first respondent for a long time. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.01.2019.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the said representation is pending and the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law, within a time fixed by this Court.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 02.01.2019, on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
