O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer Crime No.209 of 2014, pending on the file of the Respondent to Central Bureau of Investigation or in the alternative to the equal and competent jurisdiction of Police Station/CBCID. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that Crime No.209 of 2014 already transferred to the CCB, Tiruppur from the file of the respondent police. 3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in the petition cannot be considered now. However, the Inspector of Police, CCB, Tiruppur is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, if not already filed, in Cr.No.209 of 2014 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
