The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to issue transfer of patta in favour of the petitioner's name 1/4

by measuring and fixing boundaries stones to her land at S.No.190/B/ 1A7, Sub Division S.No.190/B/1A7, Plot No.601, measuring an extent of 4200 Sq.Ft., in Sivaprakasam Nagar House Plot, Government approved L.P.D.M./D.T.P. No.1/75, Soorapattu Village, Puzhal Panchayat Union, Ambattur Taluk, now Madhavaram Taluk, Thiruvallur District as per registered sale deed dated 11.01.2007 by passing orders on the representation dated 28.06.2022.

In order to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner and in respect of property at Survey No.190/B/1A7, Sub Division S.No.190/B/ 1A7, Plot No.601 situated at Soorapattu Village, Puzhal Panchayat Union, Ambattur Taluk, now Madhavaram Taluk, Thiruvallur District, after measuring the land and fixing the boundaries, the petitioner has made an application through online on 20.09.2021 and given a representation on 28.06.2022, however the said representation since has not been considered, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.C.Balasundar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondent would submit that, the said application submitted by the petitioner would be considered and necessary orders to that effect on merits and in accordance with law would be passed within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following orders: There shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.06.2022 and pass necessary orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
