ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to file alteration report in Crime No.98 of 2018 for including the offences under Section 376 of IPC and under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the F.I.R in Crime No.98 of 2013 was quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.238 of 2018 by an order dated 23.10.2019 by entering into a compromise between the parties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
