This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25136 of 2022 on 31.10.2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
