This application has been filed to condone the delay of 36 days in filing the above Review Petition against the order passed in S.A.No.776 of 2022 dated 15.04.2024.

2. Mr.B.Anand, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent / Gobichettipalayam Municipality and would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the review application, if it is otherwise in order and post the review application on the next date of hearing of review matters.
