The learned Government Advocate, on instruction, submitted that the stolen jeweleries have already been recovered and submitted before the Court under form 91 in C.P. No.39,40/2020 dated 26.02.2020.

2. In view of the above development, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate application before the Judicial Magistrate II, Jayankondam and seek for return of the property.
