appeals Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent to set aside the order in M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2015 in W.P.No.16643 of 2015 dated 12/6/2015.

Petitions praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) to grant an ad-interim stay of operation of the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceesings in DP:REC: 3755:15 dated 26.5.2015 (in MP.1/15) pending disposal of thet above writ petition.

(ii)To grant an ad-interim direction directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the mandatory induction training at Union Bank of India, Staff College, Bannerghatta Road, Kalkere Post, Bengalaru, Karnataka, (in MP.2/15) pending disposal of the above writ petition 16643/15 Petition preferred under Art.226 of the constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in DP.REC:3755:15 dated 26.05.2015 and quash t he same as; For appellant : Mr.V.Karthik for M/s.T.S.Gopalan & Co.

C O M M O N J U D G M E N T (Judgment of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) According to the learned counsel for the appellant, the impugned interim order was passed on the basis of the facts narrated by the writ petitioner. In fact, the writ petitioner is not continuing on his job as appointment order has already been withdrawn. The impugned order was passed at notice of motion stage. In view of foregoing, it is proper to reserve liberty to to the appellant to make an appropriate application for modification of the order before the learned Single Judge. If such an application is made, the same may be considered at the earliest.
