O R D E R
The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 25 and 29(1) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Crime No.148 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on receipt of secret information on 18.04.2025, the police team attached to the respondent police had gone to the scene of occurrence and found A1 and A2 illegally transported 6150 kgs of ganja in a two wheeler bearing Reg.No.TN 37 DZ 7184. Hence, the case.
3. This is the third anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. The earlier anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 27.06.2025 and 07.11.2025 on the ground that the petitioner has three previous cases. Now, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
