ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in the money dispute.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this petitioner had filed Crl.OP.No.8383 of 2016, for the same relief through https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

another counsel and this Court after going into the merits of the case, has directed the petitioner to co-operate with the investigation of the case, despite which, the petitioner has not co-operated. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed the present petition suppressing the earlier petition.
