3044/2022) Order: This Miscellaneous petition coming or for Extension of time on the Tuesday, the Fifth day of April Two Thousand Twenty Two and perusing the earlier order dated 13.08.2020 from the VII Judge, Small Causes Court, Rent Control Appellate Authority, Chennai and THE XII judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai in the presence of M/S.P.M.SOZHENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.T.JAYARAMARAJ, Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed by the tenants seeking extension of time to vacate the premises and hand over vacant possession to the respondent/landlord.

2. Pursuant to the joint memo filed before the Court on 14.03.2022, this Court is informed that the keys were handed over by the tenants to the landlord.

3. The landlord appeared physically before the Court and acknowledged that the keys of the building have been received by him.
