Learned counsel appearing for the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 22.09.2014 in W.P.No.20563 of 2014 has been complied with and in this regard, the second respondent passed an order in proceedings dated 03.05.2016. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present contempt petition.
