CMP.No.3675 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 445 days in filing the Petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second Respondent in CMA.No.110 of 2021.

2.CMP.No.3677 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second Respondent in CMA.No.110 of 2021.

3.CMP.No.3678 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the following viz., 1.S.Venkatachalam, 2.Sundari, 3.Alamelu, 4.S.Jayaraman & 5.S.Sekar, as LRs of the deceased second Respondent, A.P.Subramanian as Respondents 4 to 8.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Petitions and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, these Petitions are ordered as prayed for.

6.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the causetile.
