Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent relating to the Selection to the Post of Music Teachers for appointment in Government Schools under Direct Recruitment of Music Teachers through Employment Registration State Seniority for Directorate of School Education and Chennai Corporation 2007-2010, quash the tentative list published on 28.09.2010 in so far it relates to appointment of Music Teachers in Government Schools and consequently direct the first respondent

to consider the petitioner for the post of Music Teacher taking her employment registration date as 09.12.1982.
