These petitions have been filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners as legal heirs of the deceased 2nd appellant, K.M.Nanjappan and to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 2nd appellant. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, it had been stated that the 2nd appellant had died on 31.10.2015 and it would only be appropriate that the petitioners are brought on record to prosecute the appeal further. 3.Taking all the factors into consideration, these applications stand allowed and the abatement is set aside.

4.The Registry may carry out necessary amendment in the cause title by noting the death of the 2nd appellant, K.M.Nanjappan and bring on record the petitioners as appellant Nos.3 and 4.
