3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that he has no instructions from the petitioners, despite sending letters through Registered Post.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, it is clear and evident that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is Page No.3 of 5

dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
