It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the order of this Court has been complied with by filing a charge sheet on 16.04.2015 and the same has been taken on file in C.C. No. 3 of 2015 by the Special Court, Anti Land Grabbing. Hence, the contempt petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy including initiating contempt proceedings in S.A. No. 1240 of 2005 as the decree and judgment in the suit has already been confirmed by judgment dated 06.03.2015.
