This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 212 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing for the respondents, has no objection for the delay being condoned subject to payment of cost. Taking note of the reasons stated in the Affidavit accompanying this Petition and the submission of the learned Special Govt.

Pleader, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, as prayed for, subject to payment of costs of a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to The Tamil Nadu State Services Legal Authority, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from today. Proof of payment of costs shall be filed into the Registry on or before 28.02.2020.

3. If costs are paid, Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in the first week of March 2020. It is made clear that, if costs are not paid, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition will stand automatically dismissed.
