..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners from their initial date of appointment in the 2nd respondent University in the light of orders passed by this Hon'ble Court dated 23.3.2017 in WP No.7738 of 2012 etc., as well as the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 25.10.2019 on par with similarly placed persons with all consequential service benefits including pensionary benefits. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation, dated 09.04.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioners have made representation, dated 09.04.2025 before the respondents seeking regularisation of services from their initial date of appointment in the second respondent University in the light of orders passed by this Court dated 23.03.2017 in W.P.No.7738 of 2012 etc., as well as the

proceedings of the second respondent dated 25.10.2019 on par with similarly placed persons with all consequential service benefits including pensionary benefits. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent. Mr.J.Janat Sharlee, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents 2 & 3.

4. Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 09.04.2025, as expeditiously as possible.

5. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2025 will be considered and appropriate order will be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

6. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

7. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioners' representation, dated 09.04.2025, within a period of Twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
