3. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the additional written statement has already been filed and Original Suit had been posted for framing of additional issues on 06.12.2018. Hence, the learned Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri is called upon to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.75 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
