Ka. No. H2/PR No. 01/2011 dated 21.03.2018 passed by the Fourth Respondent as confirmed in and by Pro.Rc. No. B2/3145/2018 dated 17.07.2018 passed by the Third Respondent and the consequential notice issued in Proceedings C. No. H2/PR.01/2011 dated 25.07.2018 by the Fourth Respondent, quash the same as unsustainable in law and issue consequential directions to the Respondents herein to regularize the period of suspension of the Petitioner from 08.10.2010 to 23.03.2011 and again from 17.12.2011 to 22.03.2018 as 'duty' for all 1/4

purposes and grant upgradation of the Petitioner as Special Sub-Inspector (SSI) w.e.f 01.04.2011 with all consequential service and monetary benefits, all within a limited time frame.
