ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31671 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Attur (Salem District) and report before the Inspector of Police Attur Police Station on everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31671 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders..
