C.M.P.Nos.2181, 2183 and 2187 of 2023 and C.M.P.No.6606 of 2020 in C.R.P.No.1222 of 2020 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN, J.
C.M.P.No.2181 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 2513 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of G.Sudhakar, the first respondent in the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.C.M.P.No.2183 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused on the death of late G.Sudhakar, the first respondent in the above Civil Revision Petition.
3.C.M.P.No.2187 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record namely (1)G.S.Venkatalakshmi, (2) G.S.Priyanka and (3) G.S.Pooja as legal heirs of the deceased 1 st respondent G.sudhakar and rank them as respondents 3 to 5 in the above Civil Revision Petition.
4.Heard both sides.
5.It was submitted on the ground that since the matter is likely to settle between the parties and it is necessary to allow C.M.P.Nos.2181 and 2183 of 2023 in order to implead the legal heirs of the deceased as respondents. 6.Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in allowing the above petitions.
7.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed as prayed for. 8.Notice to the proposed parties returnable by 13.02.2023. Private notice is also permitted.
9.Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment and list the matter on 13.02.2023.
