This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the third respondent Police to register an FIR on the complaint dated 07.05.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.255 of 2016 and on a complaint given by the opposite party, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.262 of 2016.

4. Recording his submission, the third respondent Police is directed to enquire into both the complaints and take action in accordance with law.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
