This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue an order of DIRECTION, directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner and family members based on the representation dated 29.01.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the wife of the petitioner, the second respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner and his family members.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that since the wife of the petitioner has lodged a complaint against the petitioner and only for enquiry purpose in the said complaint, he and his family members were called and they were https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

not subjected to any harassment.
