This sub application has been filed to reopen the contempt petition in Cont.P.No.2057 of 2024 which was closed on 31.07.2024 by this Court. 2.

It is seen that the petitioner herein had filed a writ petition before this Court in WP.No.35238 of 2023 seeking a direction to the respondent herein to pass orders in the appeal petition sent by the petitioner through post on 21.07.2023 against the orders dated 07.12.2021 passed by the third respondent in the aforesaid writ petition, pursuant to which this Court allowed the writ petition on 02.01.2024. Thereafter, the petitioner filed contempt petition in Cont.P.No.2057 of 2024 to punish the respondent herein for non compliance of the orders passed in the aforesaid writ petition. However, on 31.07.2024, this Court, recording the order of the respondent dated 02.05.2024 complying the orders of this Court in the aforesaid writ petition, closed the contempt petition.

Now, the petitioner has filed this sub application in the aforesaid contempt petition stating that the second respondent has given information that no appeal petition dated 21.07.2023 has been received. 4.

However, on perusal of records, it is found that after receiving the appeal petition of the petitioner, the second respondent has passed orders rejecting his request.
