O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 21.07.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4400 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 & 5 in W.P.No.4400 of 2021 and conduct enquriy after giving opportunity to them and pass order in the light of the order passed by the civil Court, within a period of four weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and rejected the request made by the petitioner by an order on 17.02.2023. He also produced a copy of the order dated 17.02.2023 passed by the respondent.
