PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition in Para No.7(a) imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.26967 of 2024 vide an order dated 30.10.2024 in Crime No.100 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph no. 7(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26976 of 2024, vide an order dated 30.10.2024 in Cr.No.100 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26976 of 2024 on 30.10.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 13.02.2025 dk Page No.2 of 3
