O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 10.01.2014 in W.P.No.1229 of 2014, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. Mr.U.M.Ravichandran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the first respondent has filed an affidavit dated 30.07.2018 stating that problem arose between the management of the respondent company and its labour and if the petitioner Union or the Management of the respondent company gives any representation to give protection to them, the respondent police will give protection to them in accordance with law and in any event, the respondent police

did not involve any affairs of the petitioner Union or the Management of the respondent company and at the time of strike stated by the petitioner Union on 04.01.2014, the first respondent was not working at the jurisdiction of the company premises.

3. Recording the above affidavit filed by the respondent, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
