This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition 10(b) imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28890 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is appearing before the Inspector of Police, PEW Tiruchengode Police Station, Namakkal District, with respect to the Crime No.563 of 2024, it is difficult for the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police in Crime No.440 of 2024. Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition 10(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28890 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024. Accordingly, the condition 10(b) of the order shall be read as follows :- "10. [b] the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, PEW Tiruchengode Police Station, Namakkal District, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders;"

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
