2. The Learned Counsel appearing for the appellant would point out that, this Court has not mentioned any default sentence for the compensation awarded under Section 357 of Cr.P.C.

3. On perusing, this Court has finds that the trial Court has not imposed any default sentence for compensation. Taking that into consideration on appeal, this Court has not mentioned about default sentence. If the respondent/accused fails to pay the compensation, the appellant has provision under code to recover the compensation as fine as per Section 421 of Cr.P.C.
