This writ petition has been filed to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order in G.O.Ms.No.95 Environment and Forests (FR2) Department, dated 7.8.2009 passed by the first respondent herein and the consequential order in Se.Mu.A.No.7170/2009/P2 (74) dated 31.8.2009 passed by the third respondent herein and quash the same and further direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner from the date on which the fourth respondent was appointed as Forest Watcher and pay all monetary benefits, seniority and other consequential benefits. 2.

When the matter was listed on 08.08.2023, there was no 2/4

representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 10.08.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 10.08.2023, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
