This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking suspension of sentence made in Spl.S.C.No.20 of 2020 by the Learned Spl.Judge (Under POCSO Act 2012) Karaikal, Puducherry enlarge him on bail, pending disposal of Criminal Appeal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
