This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to register a case in CSR.No.214 of 2016 on the complaint dated 05.04.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.214 of 2016 by the second respondent police and the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner, to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
