Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents in connection with the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.7803/03/A2 and to quash the order dated 03.07.2003 made therein as well as the consequential proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 04.09.2003 in Na.Ka.No.2079/02/E1 and to consequently to direct the respondents to forbear from interfering with the rights of the 2nd petitioner as the Hereditary Trustee and as the Managing Trustee of the 1st petitioner.

O R D E R

The learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowments Department made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the third respondent temple had been handed over to the Trustees. Now, the Trustees are administering the temple and therefore, the Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowments Department has no role to play in respect of the administration of the temple.

2. This being the development occurred during the pendency of the writ petition, the cause set out in the present writ petition deserves no further adjudication.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
