ORDER
Mr.Era Premnath, Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 01.04.2017 to issue patta in his name, which was in his possession since 1984.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has sent a representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
01.04.2017, till date no order has been passed by the 2nd respondent.
5. Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation, after giving notice to the counter claimants, namely, respondent Nos. 3 to 6 and pass orders in accordance with law.
6. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2017, after giving notice to respondent Nos. 3 to 6 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of . No costs.
