Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to settle the dues of the petitioner amounting to Rs.15,41,446/- from and out of dues payable to the second and third respondents for the WALK WAY BOARDS supplied made in the implementation of the ongoing Metro Rail Project on the basis of purchase order bills duly certified by the first and third respondents.

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, made a submission that the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition became vanished. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
